Hey, Im Natasha.
I love helping people get their life back from OCD & Anxiety.

My therapeutic style is grounded in warmth and genuine care for the people I work with. I take a relational approach, which means I work to create a real connection, use empathy, and facilitate trust as the foundation for growth and change. I also focus on creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and never judged for who you are or what you’re going through.
Since earning my Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people find relief from anxiety and OCD—conditions that I understand not only professionally, but personally.
As someone with lifelong lived experience having OCD, I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. I also know that healing and relief are absolutely possible. My own journey allows me to meet my clients with deep empathy and to help them find hope where it might feel out of reach. People tell me that knowing I truly “get it” helps them feel safer sharing the parts of themselves they’ve kept hidden in shame.
I do this work because I believe in the possibility of change. If you’re ready to explore a different way of living—one with less fear and more freedom—I’m here to walk that path with you.

My goal isn't just to help you manage OCD & Anxiety symptoms, but to empower you with the knowledge and skills to become your own therapist. Freedom from OCD is possible.
My Journey
My path to specializing in OCD treatment is both professional and deeply personal. As someone who lives with OCD myself, I understand firsthand the isolation, shame, and frustration that comes with intrusive & obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. This lived experience informs my approach to therapy, allowing me to connect with clients on a level that goes beyond textbook understanding.

Finding effective treatment transformed my life. This transformation inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others experience the same freedom and relief that comes from evidence-based OCD treatment.
Treatment Modalities
While ERP serves as the foundation of my practice, I integrate several complementary approaches:
-
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): The gold-standard treatment for OCD, involving structured exposures to feared situations while preventing compulsive responses
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helping clients develop psychological flexibility and live according to their values despite intrusive thoughts
-
Motivational Interviewing: a collaborative, person-centered counseling approach that helps individuals explore and strengthen their own motivation for positive change.
-
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy: Teaching present-moment awareness to break rumination cycles
-
Self-Compassion Training: Developing kinder self-talk and reducing shame around OCD symptoms
-
Non-Violent Communication (NVC): a compassionate communication approach that helps people express themselves honestly and listen empathetically by focusing on observations, feelings, needs, and requests rather than blame or criticism.
